Alkaline Banana Cream Pie Recipe


Pie Filling

7 Baby Bananas

7 Ounces Coconut Cream

1 Cup Hemp Milk

4 Tbsp Agave

1/8 Tsp Sea Salt

Pie Crust

1 1/2 Cups Dates with Pits Removed

1 1/2 Cups Coconut Flakes

1/4 Cup Agave

1/4 Tsp Sea Salt

How To Make

1. Put dates, coconut flakes, agave, and sea salt in a blender or food processor. Blend/process for 30 seconds to make the crust. 

2. Line a springform pan with parchment paper. Spread crust in an even layer at the bottom of the pan.

3. Thinly slice enough baby bananas to line the outside of the pan. Place pan in the freezer to set the crust and sliced baby bananas. 

4. Add remaining baby bananas, coconut cream, hemp milk, and agave to a bowl and mix with a hand mixer until blended. You can also add ingredients to a clean blender and blend - this is your pie mixture. 

5. Remove Pan from Freezer. Pour pie mixture into pan. Cover and freeze for about 3-5 hours. 

6. Remove pie from the pan, slice and serve. Top with coconut flakes and agave if desired.
