Alkaline French Fries with Mayo Dipping Sauce

Do you ever have a craving for french fries but don't want to feel bad after you eat them? What if we told you that there's a way to satisfy your craving and keep it healthy at the same time? Alkaline Fries with Mayo Dipping Sauce is the ultimate indulgence you never knew you needed. This recipe is great because it hits the spot and leaves you feeling great afterwards!

4 Green Burro Bananas

1 Cup Hemp Seeds

3/4 Cup Distilled or Spring Water

4 to 6 Cups Grape Seed Oil/2 tbsp Grape Seed Oil

1 tbsp Onion Powder

1/2 tsp Sea Salt

1/4 tsp Black Pepper


Fry the Bananas

  • Peel the bananas and slice them into thin, fry-sized pieces. 
  • Heat 4-6 cups oil in a pan on medium-high heat. Fry the bananas until they are golden and crunchy. Trust your instincts, you'll know when they're just right!

Make the Mayo

  • Put hemp seeds, water, onion powder, lime juice, 2 tbsp grapeseed oil, and a pinch of salt/pepper in a blender.
  • Blend for about 1-2 min or until smooth & creamy. 

Dive In

  • Pile your fries onto a plate and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt and/or black pepper.
  • Set your creamy mayo beside them and dip as much as your little heart desires!
