We challenge you to practice discipline, boost your confidence, find your purpose, and exercise manifestation!

60-Day Alkaline Challenge:

  • Drink only water

  • Eat only alkaline food - no meat

  • Read 15 pages of any book

  • Workout twice a day for 30 minutes - one workout must be outside and one inside

  • Replace "I hope" statements with "I will"
